With over four decades of experience in the industry, including tenure in the Metropolitan Police and senior leadership roles in international security organisations, John possesses a comprehensive understanding of the field.

John founded Pace Security in 2001 and handpicked a team of dedicated professionals to realise his vision for the company. Under John’s direction, Pace Security has remained at the forefront of an ever-evolving industry, consistently setting the
standard for excellence.

With a wealth of experience as a Customer Services Manager at premier security firms in the UK, Grant brings a unique perspective and in-depth knowledge to the table.

His innovative thinking and professional, understanding demeanour make him an indispensable asset to the company, ensuring the continued success of our customer partnerships and employee relations.

Lindsay Hibberd

Quality and Compliance Director

The quality and standards we uphold for both our clients and employees at Pace are something we take great pride in. Lindsay’s primary concern as Quality and Compliance Director is to ensure that all business processes continually support continuous improvement in order to achieve and maintain quality standards.

Lindsay came to us with over 15 years’ experience contracting as a Quality and Safety
practitioner to multinational logistic companies. Lindsay is a driven individual with demonstrated operational experience in leading sizable teams, fostering excellent customer service, and establishing best practices through forming cooperative alliances. As a VAT registered business owner for 6 years, Lindsay also possesses a holistic knowledge of business function and structure.

Lindsay possesses a diverse set of credentials, including certifications as a NEBOSH professional in safety, IEMA professional in environmental management, a Level 4 educator, an ISO lead auditor, and a practising member of the Chartered Quality & Environmental Institutes.

 

Janis Main

Office Manager

At Pace, our people truly are our greatest asset. Having worked in the Travel Industry, Local Authority and Special Needs education, Janis brings a new dimension of dynamic administrative skills to Pace.

In her role as Office Manager, Janis has already become an invaluable member of our management team, taking on various challenges and resolving them with expertise. Janis represents our ‘people first’ ethos and helps to maintain a happy and healthy work culture.

Finance manager

Our daily triumphs are mostly a result of streamlined and effective internal processes. Holly brought with her more than five years of expertise in accounting. With a ‘can do’ attitude, she is able to work independently without boundaries. 

Holly thrives on being given a problem or challenge to overcome. She is a valuable team member that contributes positively in team settings, listening and then partaking fully.

William joined Pace in 2009 as a Site Supervisor and quickly distinguished himself through his hard work and dedication. William’s impressive performance led to his promotion to Customer Service Manager in 2011, where he leverages his extensive sector experience to expertly manage multiple high-profile contracts with multiple staff. William plays a crucial role in maintaining Pace Security’s commitment to delivering superior customer service

Scott is an experienced Operations Manager and has spent over 13 years in the security industry in a multitude of sectors which include corporate, retail, events, sports, TV and nighttime economy.

Having started in the security industry at the age of 18, Scott has developed an extensive knowledge of security which is portrayed in his passion and repeated success when managing client relationships. Scott is always willing to go above and beyond to achieve excellence.

MOBILE NIGHT MANAGER

At Pace security, professionalism and standards are what we achieve to maintain throughout the industry.

Chetan has such a strong background in both security and customer service. His extensive experience and positive attitude has contributed to maintaining professionalism and high standards. His role in providing training talks and sharing security knowledge with the guards is valuable in enhancing their current skill set and improving their work. Chetan’s experience, can-do attitude, leadership skills, and commitment to continuous improvement make him a valuable asset as night manager for Pace consistently ensuring our high standards are delivered 24 hours a day.

Robert Owusu-Ahenkan

OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Robert has been part of the security industry for 6 years starting as a security officer then progressing to management.

“I believe the wellbeing and morale of the officers is integral to the smooth running of operations and having a people-focused approach ultimately leading to client satisfaction.”

Roberts comfortable easy manner has been embraced by Pace, he has worked hard to create a happy welcoming office for new employees. Robert also works hard to support the managers out in the field by ensuring scheduling, screening and vetting is swift and accurate.
